After you have logged in to LinkedDataHub, by default you do not have access rights to view or edit the documents in the dataspace. The owner of the dataspace has to create an explicit authorization to allow access for you.

To notify the owner, issue an access request. Navigate to the document you want to gain access to, click the Request access button and submit the form that appears, as shown below. You can choose the desired access modes.

The submitted request is itself an RDF resource in the admin dataspace; the owner accepts it by creating the matching authorization. The ACL reference shows its shape.
