Each document is shown as a node in the tree; container documents\n            can be expanded to reveal the children documents.</p>\n        <p>The widget can be accessed by sliding the mouse to the left edge of the screen (on responsive layouts, it is always visible).</p>\n        <p>\n            <img alt=\"Document tree\" src=\"../../uploads/092ae7413af1e6560ca90ae5eed89aea1b4ecd51\"></img>\n        </p>\n    </div>\n    <div>\n        <h2 id=\"class-tree\">Class tree</h2>\n        <p>In addition to navigating by document hierarchy, LinkedDataHub provides class-based navigation through the class tree widget.\n        The class tree displays all classes from your application's ontology, organized by their inheritance relationships (<code>rdfs:subClassOf</code>).</p>\n        <h3>Using class-based navigation</h3>\n        <ol>\n            <li>Open the left sidebar (slide mouse to left edge on desktop, or it's always visible on responsive layouts)</li>\n            <li>Switch to the class tree view (if not already showing)</li>\n            <li>Browse the class hierarchy — classes are organized by their subclass relationships</li>\n            <li>Click on any class to view all instances of that class in your dataspace</li>\n            <li>Expand parent classes to see their subclasses</li>\n        </ol>\n        <h3>When to use class navigation</h3>\n        <p>Class-based navigation is most useful when:</p>\n        <ul>\n            <li><strong>Finding all instances of a type:</strong> Quickly locate all resources of a particular class, regardless of where they're stored in the document hierarchy</li>\n            <li><strong>Exploring domain concepts:</strong> Browse your data organized by business concepts (e.g., all Customers, all Orders) rather than by container structure</li>\n            <li><strong>Working with rich ontologies:</strong> Navigate through complex class hierarchies to understand and access your data model</li>\n            <li><strong>Cross-container queries:</strong> View instances that span multiple containers in a single unified view</li>\n        </ul>\n        <p>The class tree respects your access control settings — you'll only see classes you're authorized to view, and only instances you have permission to access.</p>\n    </div>\n    <div>\n        <h2 id=\"backlinks\">Backlinks</h2>\n        <p>Backlinks are shown in the <a href=\"../../reference/user-interface/#right-nav\">right-side navigation</a> for every resource in <a href=\"../../reference/user-interface/#layout-modes\">property layout mode</a>.\n            They display a list of resources which have properties with the current resource as the object.</p>\n    </div>\n</div>"^^<http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#XMLLiteral> .
